Using the site

By using the site or submitting an order, the user agrees to follow these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. The site must be used lawfully and must not be disrupted or misused.

Products, imagery and availability

We make every reasonable effort to display product names, descriptions, prices and images accurately. Product photography is representative, and limited differences may appear because of lighting, screens or presentation details.

All products are subject to availability. Continued availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted for fulfilment.

Specific perfume, musk and oud selections — according to the contents of each box — are confirmed with the customer before the order is prepared, subject to available options.

Prices and currency

The website currency is UAE dirhams (AED). Current product prices are shown on the relevant product pages.

Obvious pricing, information or technical errors may be corrected before fulfilment. Where a correction affects a submitted order, we will contact the customer before proceeding where necessary.

Order submission and acceptance

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean final acceptance. Acceptance occurs when Kenz Al Oud confirms or accepts the order for fulfilment.

An order may be declined or cancelled before acceptance where a product is unavailable, an obvious error exists, order information cannot be verified, or another legitimate reason prevents fulfilment. Any amount already paid will be handled appropriately.

Payments

For UAE orders, an online payment step is presented after order submission. For GCC orders, payment is arranged after the shipping cost has been agreed. Payment transactions are handled by an approved third-party payment provider.

Shipping, cancellation and returns

Shipping and delivery are governed by the published Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by the Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

These terms and policies do not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Customer information

The customer is responsible for providing complete, accurate and current contact and delivery information and for reviewing order details before confirmation. Missing or incorrect information may delay or prevent delivery.

Intellectual property

Trade marks, logos, images, text, site design and published content belong to their respective owners or are used with permission. They may not be copied or reused commercially without prior permission except where permitted by law.

Reasonable limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kenz Al Oud is not responsible for indirect losses or outcomes arising from circumstances reasonably outside its control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or any mandatory consumer right.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in Abu Dhabi. Disputes are subject to the competent authorities or courts of the United Arab Emirates, while preserving any mandatory consumer-protection or jurisdiction rules that cannot be varied by agreement.
